Nature, Zen & Women Who Dare
Because sometimes the way home to yourself is through the wild.

If you're craving something real — something quieter, slower, and truer than the noise of advice and performance — this is for you.

This 35-minute walk through the woods is unscripted, unpolished, and deeply intentional.

It’s not a training. Not a pitch. It’s a moment of remembering.

Two women, telling the truth.
About grief. Growth. And the quiet miracle of becoming.

Come listen in if you’re ready to:

  • Breathe deeper than you have all week

  • Feel a little less alone

  • Hear your own soul again — not as something to fix, but something to honor

No expectations. No pressure. Just an invitation to come sit under the trees and let something ancient and wise catch up with you.

                       Welcome home.

Hey, I'm Diane Adams!

Diane is a relational being in a liminal chapter — consciously practicing enoughness moment by moment, without the full exhale that once came from deep, embodied partnership. Her work is shaped by love, loss, and a lifelong devotion to staying awake inside real human experience.

She spent nearly three decades as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master Addiction Counselor, specializing in women’s trauma, hospice, crisis intervention, dual diagnosis, and advanced trauma recovery, including EMDR and early developmental trauma (the when-there-are-no-words kind).

She’s been in the room with suffering — the whole room — which is why she has little patience for trendy shortcuts and deep respect for work that lives in the body.

Her path now weaves together:

  • Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (trained under Brené Brown)

  • Elder in Dr. Rosalind Watts’ ACER Integration Community

  • Ongoing study with April Rains, Integration Specialist with Guided Tripping (Amsterdam), in preparation to step fully into her self-claimed role as Psychedelic Chaplain.

  • Rewilding mentorship with Ricky Hillson (Rewildyoursoul)

  • 28 years alongside Gus — my partner, my spiritual teacher, the love with whom I made a life and made love with the world. Ours was a deliberate, devotional kind of union — where healing was mutual, sacred, and beautifully human.

Often called a “rare natural integrator” and a “discomfort seeker,” Diane creates vetted-for-safety watering holes for sensitive, creative, heartbreak-seasoned humans who are done performing and ready to belong — to themselves, to each other, and to the wider world.

If you’re here to practice, connect, laugh mid-sob, and be more tree, you’re in the right place.

Still here? Must be something calling you.
Let’s follow that nudge and see where it leads.
Spoiler: There’s no test. Just truth, trees, and maybe a goosebump or two.

Let me show you how to make it happen! Enter your name & email here to watch the Immersion Experience now:
