🌿 Where Did My ‘Enough’ Go?

A Self-Reflection Quiz for Women Who Are Tired of Pretending It’s Fine

You’re not broken. You’re not too much. You didn’t miss some mythical life memo.

But if you’ve landed here, chances are… something’s been tugging at you.

This isn’t a test. It’s a remembering.

✨ This is for you if:

  • You’re wildly competent — and wildly tired of holding it all.

  • You long for permission to rest, but feel wired to prove.

  • You’ve been disappearing behind your roles, responsibilities, and reactions.

  • You’re starting to wonder: What if the way back to myself is quieter than I thought?

Inside, you’ll find a soulful, irreverent, reflection quiz to help you locate yourself on the map of enoughness — and remember what’s already here.

🧭 What You’ll Get:

  • The Quiz: A playful but piercing mirror to see which archetype you’re embodying right now — from Overgiver to Worn-Out Warrior.

  • Your Personalized Invitation: Each archetype comes with next-step insight, a reminder you’re not alone, and a call back to center.

You don’t have to hustle to be worthy.
You don’t have to heal to be lovable.
You don’t have to figure it all out today.

You just have to be curious enough to wonder:
Where did my enough go?

Come see.

🌱 Meet Diane

Diane is a relational being in a liminal chapter — consciously practicing enoughness moment by moment, without the full exhale that once came from deep, embodied partnership. Her work is shaped by love, loss, and a lifelong devotion to staying awake inside real human experience.

She spent nearly three decades as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master Addiction Counselor, specializing in women’s trauma, hospice, crisis intervention, dual diagnosis, and advanced trauma recovery, including EMDR and early developmental trauma (the when-there-are-no-words kind).

She’s been in the room with suffering — the whole room — which is why she has little patience for trendy shortcuts and deep respect for work that lives in the body.

Her path now weaves together:

  • Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (trained under BrenĂŠ Brown)

  • Elder in Dr. Rosalind Watts’ ACER Integration Community

  • Ongoing study with April Rains, Integration Specialist with Guided Tripping (Amsterdam), in preparation to step fully into her self-claimed role as Psychedelic Chaplain.

  • Rewilding mentorship with Ricky Hillson (Rewildyoursoul)

  •  28 years alongside Gus — my partner, my spiritual teacher, the love with whom I made a life and made love with the world. Ours was a deliberate, devotional kind of union — where healing was mutual, sacred, and beautifully human.

Often called a “rare natural integrator” and a “discomfort seeker,” Diane creates vetted-for-safety watering holes for sensitive, creative, heartbreak-seasoned humans who are done performing and ready to belong — to themselves, to each other, and to the wider world.

If you’re here to practice, connect, laugh mid-sob, and be more tree, you’re in the right place.
